What We Collect
Email address and name at registration. Usage analytics: pages visited, features used, timestamps. IP address for rate limiting and security. Payment information is processed by a third-party provider and never stored by us.
How We Use It
Account management and authentication. Product improvement — tracking which features get used. Credit metering and billing. Security and abuse prevention.
What We Don't Do
We never sell your personal data to third parties. No advertising tracking. No sharing of individual usage data with other users.
Cookies
Session cookies for authentication (necessary, cannot opt out). Vercel Analytics for anonymous aggregate usage stats. No third-party advertising cookies.
Data Storage
Hosted on Supabase (AWS ap-southeast-1, Singapore). Encrypted at rest and in transit. Database backups retained for 30 days.
Your Rights
Request a copy of your data: support@pirana.app. Request deletion of your account and data: support@pirana.app. We respond within 30 days.
Indonesian Law
Compliant with UU PDP (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi No. 27/2022).
