During the week of 13‑17 April 2026 the Jakarta Stock Exchange’s composite index (IHSG) rose 2.35% to 7,634 and market‑cap increased 3.38% to Rp 13.635 trillion, driven by a handful of stocks that posted double‑digit jumps. PT Danasupra Erapacific Tbk (DEFI) led the rally with a 226% surge to Rp 163, followed by WBSA (+203.1%), BAPA (+78.8%) and MDIA (+64.8%); meanwhile ten stocks, including MNC Digital Entertainment (MSIN) and Pacific Strategic Financial (APIC), fell sharply, the biggest losers dropping 29.5% and 21.4% respectively. The net effect was a strong weekly gain for the market, offset by isolated losses in the listed “top losers” group.
